While every effort will be made to address all aspects of the Conference/Exhibition, the organiser of the Conference/Exhibition shall not be responsible nor liable for any personal injury, expense or loss of or damage to property incurred in relation to attendance or person or guest, who are encouraged to make their own arrangements for Insurance against such risks. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the discretion to make changes to the Conference programme and/or any venue arising from exigencies necessitating such changes, without incurring any liability for such changes to any delegate, accompanying person or guest.
